About Tori
I am an Elementary Teacher for grades Kindergarten through 6th. I student taught for 3rd grade, and I have 1 year of experience teaching as a Building Substitute in District 15.
I am excited to say that I will be teaching as a 2nd Grade Classroom Teacher this upcoming year in North Chicago. I care about different learning styles that each child obtains, and I carry the patience and passion for being on that learning journey with that student. I am not just here to teach academically, but to build meaningful and trusting relationships with learners as well.

An effective lesson plan would include a clear learning goal and a gradual release of help and instruction depending on the student's needs.
I am a patient and caring educator. I really think about what a student needs, and I take the time to get to know them on a personal level.
I have spare time this summer to help children who are in need of tutoring, or just want to better their academic skills!
