About Soumyajit
I am an Electrical Diploma Engineer with 9 years of work experience in L&T. I have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and have gained a wealth of experience in the field. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology, further expanding my knowledge and skills in the industry. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to work well under pressure, solve complex problems, and effectively communicate with team members and clients. I am confident in my ability to bring my technical expertise and passion for engineering to any project, and I am excited to continue growing my career in the industry.

As a teacher, I have a student-centered approach to education. I believe that every student has unique learning styles and needs, and it is my job to cater to those needs. My teaching techniques and methods include a combination of lectures, group discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world applications to make the content relatable and engaging.
The usual structure of my classes begins with a review of the previous class, followed by an introduction to the new topic. Then, I engage students in hands-on activities or group discussions to help them understand the concept. Finally, I wrap up the class with a review of what was learned and assign homework to reinforce the material.
One of my special features as a teacher is my ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easy to understand for all students. I also strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and participating in class.
