About Arin
Pianist, Conductor & Composer Arın Aykut has created music for virtually all genres and all visual media, with projects ranging from indie films, tent pole video game franchises, to beloved animated feature films and critically acclaimed television series and theatre.
He started music at the age of 8 with the support of his opera singer father. He received his bachelor degree in piano performance at Ankara State Conservatory and Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He then received his master's degree in orchestral conducting at Ankara State Conservatory and Chopin University of Music.
Arın Aykut, gave a concert as a solo pianist with the European Union project “Art Without Limits” in Würzburg Palace, Germany, and also was a finalist in the “The World Pianist Invitational” piano competition held in the United States. Aykut was a member of the Jury at the SCA Music Foundation Piano Competition organized in Ankara. In addition, he had the opportunity to conduct the National Polish Radio Symphonic Orchestra, Turkish State Polyphonic Choir and Hacettepe University Academic Orchestra.
Apart from his music performer life, he has been composing and producing music for film, TV, theatre, cartoons, and commercials since 2013. With the music he composed, he won awards such as Goethe Institute, Cinema-Dance Film Festival, "Audience Award", "Best Composer" award from the Art Institution Association, Shazam Turkey "Most Searched Music" and Spotify Turkey "Viral 50".
Aykut continues his career as a media composer, pianist and conductor in London, United Kingdom.
