About Kim

I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain and believe the answers are already within them, but need support to access them. In my coaching, I help individuals build confidence, shift limiting beliefs, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change so they can move forward with clarity and self-trust.

I am a Life & Mindset Coach and NLP Master Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through personal development, mindset work, and emotional well-being. My background in coaching and facilitation has allowed me to work with individuals across many different life stages and challenges.

My approach is practical, supportive, and reflective. Sessions are tailored to each person and focus on increasing self-awareness, understanding thought and behavior patterns, and creating real, sustainable change in everyday life.

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, improved confidence, better emotional awareness, and practical tools to help them navigate stress, life transitions, and personal challenges.

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, making them flexible and accessible wherever you are. Through online coaching, I support clients across New Zealand and internationally, offering flexible Zoom sessions regardless of location.

About the lesson

I am a certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting people of all ages through personal growth, mindset change, and emotional well-being.

My coaching approach is practical, supportive, and reflective. Each session is tailored to the individual and focuses on creating clarity, awareness, and forward movement in whatever area of life feels stuck or unclear.

A typical session begins by exploring what is currently happening in your life and what you would like to shift or understand more deeply. From there, we identify the underlying thought patterns, beliefs, or emotional responses that may be influencing your experience.

We then work together to create new perspectives, strengthen self-awareness, and build practical strategies that support real change outside of the session.

Clients often leave sessions with:

greater clarity and perspective
increased confidence and self-awareness
tools to manage thoughts and emotions more effectively
a clearer sense of direction and next steps

Sessions are 45 minutes and conducted online via Zoom, making them accessible and flexible no matter where you are located.

My role is not to give you answers, but to help you uncover your own, challenge the patterns that are holding you back, and support you in moving forward with confidence and self-trust.
