About Kiona
Kiona is an ICF accredited NLP coach, helping women intuitively & confidently move into a fulfilling career that lights them up with mindset-based coaching.
After 13 years of working in offices and feeling like she didn't belong on many occasions, she decided to dedicate her life to helping others achieve the (work)life they desire in flow, by tuning into personal values, connecting to their inner being and creating a new identity that serves their goals and desires.
She has been mentoring and coaching for many years and has always loved supporting and empowering the women around her. It wasn't until the pandemic hit that she felt the urge to explore this avenue further. Fast forward 18 months and she is coaching full time, helping women transform their lives every single day.

My coaching methodis that of one of the leading coaching training providers in the world, which has seen proven resultswith hundreds of thousands of people before you.
I have three available programmes, which take 6 weeks, 12 weeks of 24 weeks and include a mix of 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour per session) and homework exercises in the form of a self-paced online course.
My programmes are designed for women between 21 and 40 years old, who are interested in looking beyond what's pon the surface and ready to change their ways so they can live the life they've always dreamed of.
