Hello, I’m Carol! A passionate mindset and personal development guide with a deep love for helping others reconnect with their inner power and live more meaningful, aligned lives. My journey began through my own personal transformation. After years of self-doubt, burnout, and feeling disconnected from my purpose, I committed to doing the inner work—and it changed everything. I know firsthand how powerful a mindset shift can be, and I’m here to help others experience the same kind of clarity, confidence, and self-trust. I’ve spent the past several years studying personal growth, emotional intelligence, and self-coaching practices. My approach blends mindset work, creativity, emotional awareness, and practical tools to support lasting, empowering change. I believe we all have the potential to create lives that feel good on the inside—not just look good on the outside. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are held online, making them easy to fit into your schedule. I blend mindset coaching with practical tools, journaling prompts, and mindset rewiring exercises to help you not only understand yourself better but also take empowered action.
I bring years of personal development work, coaching knowledge, and deep empathy to every session. These lessons are ideal for adults of all ages, especially those seeking more direction, emotional balance, or a fresh perspective on life.
