About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m a Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner based in Cape Town, and I’m passionate about guiding women who want to make the shift from self-doubt to self-love. Having experienced coaching myself, I know firsthand how transformative it can be — helping you build strong boundaries, gain deeper self-awareness, and step fully into your own power. I’ve walked my own journey of growth and healing, and I’m committed to extending that support to other women who are ready to embrace change. My work is focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create a life that feels aligned with your values and purpose. Through one-on-one coaching and structured programs like Clear and Aligned Goal Setting, I guide women in uncovering their strengths, overcoming blocks, and cultivating confidence, self-love, and authenticity. I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered, seen, and supported as she transforms her life — and I’m here to help you make that shift.

Imagine having a safe, supportive space where you can explore your goals, uncover your strengths, and reconnect with your true self — that’s what my coaching sessions offer. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create lasting change in your life. Unlike advice-giving or therapy, coaching focuses entirely on you — your needs, your values, and your personal journey. Together, we work on goal-setting, self-love, and self-acceptance, empowering you to take intentional steps toward the life you truly want.
My sessions are online, which means you can join from the comfort and safety of your own environment. Feeling at ease in your own space allows you to fully engage in the process, explore challenges, and embrace growth. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that we focus on what matters most to you.
I also offer distant Reiki sessions, which work beautifully alongside coaching. Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that promotes relaxation, emotional balance, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. When combined with coaching, Reiki helps release emotional and energetic blocks, deepen clarity, and accelerate transformation.
For best results, I recommend a series of three or more sessions. I’ve created packages to make this easier: a single one-on-one session is R444, or three sessions together for R666.
