About Charley
Hello! I’m Charley! I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those managing chronic conditions, but my coaching is open to anyone eager to grow personally and professionally. I bring a deep understanding of the challenges my clients face and the tools needed to make lasting changes. I am committed to creating a supportive and respectful environment where you can feel heard, motivated, and equipped to succeed. This is because I have ADHD (Inattentive) and Fibromyalgia myself so I bring years of 'lived experiences' as well as resilience from a number of big life challenges that I've overcome. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals and live a life of purpose and fulfilment.

My coaching employs a personalised approach that focuses on PERMA, SMART Goals, GROWTH coaching and the 8 dimensions of wellbeing. Along with this, I empower clients to harness their unique strengths and life experiences through behaviour and mindset changes, deep questions and gentle consulting. I use these techniques to help clients clarify their priorities, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable habits. Lessons are interactive and adaptive, blending practical tools, emotional support, and motivational strategies that foster self-awareness and resilience. All of this includes personalised worksheets, activities, laughter and fun.
