About Rahul
I’m Rahul, a Life Coach and Personal Guidance Practitioner dedicated to helping people navigate the moments in life when everything feels uncertain.
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people through one-to-one guidance, helping them deal with relationship struggles, breakups, career and job confusion, stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, confidence issues and difficult life decisions.
My approach comes from a combination of personal guidance, emotional healing, meditation, yoga, mindset work and years of working closely with people and understanding what they are going through.
I don’t believe that one solution works for everyone. Every person has a different story, and my role is to listen without judgment, understand what is really affecting you, and help you look at your situation from a clearer perspective.
Whether you feel lost after a breakup, stuck in a relationship, uncertain about your career, overwhelmed by stress, or simply feel like you have lost your direction — our conversations are focused on helping you understand yourself, manage your emotions and make more conscious decisions.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you seek guidance. Sometimes, the first step is simply having someone who listens, understands and helps you see things differently.

Maybe you’re struggling with a breakup, feeling lost in love or relationships, dealing with stress or anxiety, facing uncertainty at work, questioning your career, losing confidence, or simply feeling stuck in a phase of life you don’t understand.
My Life Coaching & Personal Guidance sessions are designed to help you step back, understand what you’re feeling, and start finding your way forward.
In our sessions, we talk openly about what you’re going through and work on emotional clarity, stress management, confidence, decision-making, relationship patterns, career direction, communication, mindset and personal growth.
There is no fixed script. Every session is shaped around you, your situation and what you need at that moment.
With my experience in emotional guidance, personal development, meditation, yoga and working with thousands of people through one-to-one guidance, I bring a practical and empathetic approach to every session.
This is not about judging you or telling you how to live your life.
It’s about helping you understand yourself better, regain control of your thoughts and emotions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
