About Chris
I’m an extremely patient, enthusiastic, cheerful and fun piano teacher. I have been teaching piano over 20 years from age 3 - 50 or above. I emphasize basic skills like rhythm, note recognition, technique, and music theory. I have experience with individuals of various ages and levels which allows me to tailor-make each lesson to fit each student’s needs. I would love to work with students individually to develop their own essential basic skills. I am also specialized in teaching ABRSM piano and Theory exam preparation. I plan on teaching scales, pieces, sight reading and aural exams, based on the student's piano skill level. Any level and age are welcome. Lessons can be conducted in Cantonese, Mandarin or English.
