I have a Master of Distance Education from University of Maryland University College, and a post-graduate graduate certificate in T.E.S.O.L. and an Honors Bachelor of Arts-English & History from University of Toronto. I am a member of TESL Ontario and TESL Canada.

My teaching methodology is based on Communicative Language Teaching. It is when English students learn the language from authentic texts instead of grammar drills. Typical activities would include role plays, debates, interviews and scavenger hunts. As a teacher, I try to incorporate the learning needs and the interests of the students into each lesson.
