About Nerel Jean

Hi! I'm Nerel Jean, a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and experienced online Mathematics teacher with teaching experience at Brighterly, an online learning platform for children and students.

I believe that every student can learn Mathematics when the lesson is explained in a way that makes sense to them.

At Brighterly, I taught individualized Mathematics lessons and conducted demo lessons for prospective students. My engineering background has given me a strong foundation in Mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. But as a teacher, my focus is much simpler:

How I teach:
Every student learns differently.

That's why I adjust my teaching based on the student's level and needs.

During lessons, I:

✓ Encourage students to explain their thinking
✓ Correct mistakes patiently and explain how to improve
