Many people of all ages who feel as though they don't "get" technology are highly skilled, yet hesitate when challenged by the need to use new applications, tools, or functions. I work with learners to explore the tech that matters to them in a collaborative, iterative fashion to increase their confidence and build a foundation of broadly-applicable computer skills that will grow over time and allow them to fearlessly face future challenges.
