About Arkan

I am a student studying A-Levels, who passed GCSE with a grade 8 in Spanish. I have been giving lessons to family and friends, and they have all passed with grade 7's or above. I have been a GCSE student myself and I know how hard it can be to obtain so much knowledge and info. I have studied GCSE Spanish for 5 yrs so can confidently teach the courses!

About the lesson

My teaching method is to start the lesson by revisiting past topics for 10 mins, then progressing up the grades and what each sub-grade offers to be taught. Over time you will become confident in each level, and you are guaranteed to have long-lasting knowledge in that subject. I teach anyone who is willing to learn, and I can confidently teach the GCSE course that I have advertised.

I scouted Arkan through his work with young people when he was Islington's deputy young mayor. He showed great potential and was very enthusiastic. He was doing voluntary work with the young people in Islington in the youth hubs, and I saw the sparkle in his eyes when he explained maths.

I invited him to become a tutor for my two daughters, they were GCSE and SATS students. My first daughter was working at a grade 4 / C before Arkan helped her out, he changed her grades from a 4 / C to a solid 9 / A* within 6 months. My second daughter was on a grade 5 working towards a 6 and he improved her confidence allowing her to secure a grade 6 at SATS.

Arkan was offered £25 p/h however when I saw his value I gave him an increase to £35 p/h. The 3 main things I love about Arkan is he is always 5mins early to the session and responds in a polite manner. Any time of the day or night, he would get back to you with a prompt response. The work that he provides for my daughters is at an Exquisite value.

I thank him for all he's done for my family.
