About Jovita
From an early age, I found myself enjoying many different types of physical exercise. Playing football at the national level, excelling in competitive street dance and even taking my own fitness classes at the age of 15!
This has given me a powerful insight into sports-specific training, injury rehab and preventative exercise. This extreme dedication to all things health and fitness coupled with an arsenal of personal training qualifications made me a formidable authority on all areas of training, weight loss and general well-being.
I always felt passionate about working with people and watching my clients succeed with their fitness goals makes me want to share my knowledge and help more people to achieve their goals in the most efficient ways and improve their well-being.

Every lesson is 60 minutes long and it's tailored to client's needs and goals. I use the knowledge gained from my education as well as my experience working as a personal trainer to educate people about general fitness, training techniques, and the importance of resistance training and postural correction. I have been fortunate to be coached by a soft tissue therapist who has 20 years of experience, he kindly shared his knowledge and methods with me helping me to give my clients the best experience and most efficient results.
I am fully insured and I hold the following qualifications:
*Level 3 combined Diploma in Personal Training
*Level 2 certificate in improving personal exercise, health and nutrition
*Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention (COVID-19)
My coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and training*
*Please note, parental approval is needed for anyone under age of 16
