I'm a fitness enthusiast, passionate to train and help people to transform and achieve a healthy lifestyle. Having 8years experience in this field, I have been certified with Level - 4 PERSONAL TRAINER accredited by EREPS (The European Register of Exercise Professionals) and Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC)

Certified TRX (suspension trainer) certificate

Certified YOGA TEACHER from BODHI SCHOOL OF YOGA

About the lesson

My personal training is suitable for
- General/regular fitness.
- Transformation (weight loss/weight gain)
- Sports fitness (badminton, swimming, Tennis etc. )
- Geriatric (old age) .
- Strengthening and Conditioning .
- Rehab (knee, ankle, neck, back )

My personal training for the above categories can be achieved through :-
-Body weight
-Pilates ring / Pillow
-Resistance band / Towel
-Ankle weights / water bottles

My Personal training includes:-
* Conducting primary analysis and assessments of the client.
* Providing dietary suggestions based on lifestyle and food habit.
* Programming workouts based on clients requirements.
* Goal setting ( short-term and long-term ).
* Injury prevention while performing daily activities.
* Guidance on further maintenance of regular fitness.

Perfect! Writing this review after one month of training with Mr Vikas. I have suffered with back pain for 2 years , having undergone 3 steroidal injection in lower back. I did swimming,yoga , walking but not to much help. Mr Vikas, his experience with his own pain and having won over it , is just exceptional at understanding the problem and assisting others. You have to attend just one week sessions with him to experience it yourself.
