About Elizabeth
I achieved grade 9s in French, chemistry, biology, maths, physics, geography, history, English literature and language and religious education at GCSE. I know the papers extremely well and can offer insight into how to best apply the knowledge to boost grades for specific papers.
I am currently taking A Levels in French, chemistry, biology and maths. I am predicted A*s in all of these and have a real passion for all of these. I have always loved French and found the GCSE to be a great foundation for both business and holiday use of the language. Many jobs, colleges and sixth forms, and higher education institutions like to see a Modern Foreign Language GCSE on applications as it shows a willingness to learn new skills, to problem solve, and an appreciation of other cultures.

I offer virtual tutor lessons, starting by assessing the current areas of strength and weakness to better target lessons on areas with the greatest scope for improvement. Lessons will include applied in an exam style context. We will focus on specific skills, with classes conducted in a mixture of French and English so that they are accessible but with the biggest scope for learning. All four skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing) will be practiced every lesson.

Elizabeth helped me a lot in my french GCSE. She is always really encouraging and down to earth which made my very eager to learn. Her approach is always different and she has humorous ways of explaining things that made me enjoy french. Her passion for the subject always came through whenever she was helping me and I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone struggling in school.
Elizabeth is a great tutor. She has helped me a lot in different classes, especially chemistry. She explains difficult subjects in a way that is easier to understand than when the teacher explains it. She really is great!
