About Robin
I have over 30 years experience in the gym, and spent a decade working in mental health.
I’ve now combined my two passions to help you.
I’ve had my own journey of having to rebuild myself.
I know life is not easy.
I have seen the mountain to climb and felt daunted.
But I did it.
I committed.
And I became stronger in body and in mind.
I want to help you achieve your goals too.

I’ve been training with Robin and have been super impressed.
I’m a gymophobic but his demeanour put me at ease instantly and I find myself smiling through sessions whilst he pushes me to correct technique and find muscles I didn’t know I had!
I can already feel my body changing and always look forward to the next session!
Highly recommend!View more recommendations
