About Francesco

I am Francesco, I’m an Italian personal trainer and in my life I have done many things such as pizza chef, lumberjack and also studied acting. But fitness has always been my passion and my addiction as it helped me throughout the challenges that life poses, in my background I have years of practice as a boxer and Thai boxer (with real ring experiences ). My motto is treat your body as your temple and your mind will follow.

About the lesson

I am a PT and my goal is to make people reach their goals, whether you want to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle or learn boxing and Muay Thai fundamentals I will be there to help you, my method of lesson is to have fun while training, making exercising your new addiction.
