I have been giving lessons for 4 years. I have a high level of opening knowledge of many different openings. I have wins against NMs, FMs, and WIMs on lichess. I have read several books on chess and am very knowledgeable in all phases of the game. 2000+ on lichess. (concealed information)

About the lesson

I will structure a course to correct any issues that could be holding you back in improving your chess techniques and abilities. We will cover tactics, middlegame play, endgame play, known opening theory, checkmate patterns. Classes are 1 hour and include game analysis review of GM games and your own games.

Zoe's son daniel is extremely adept and talented for his age. He understands the basics and has a very good knowledge of the fundamentals in order to build from. With the correct implementation of deeper strategies and tactics, he can absolutely excel further with more training.

Luka is a great student and shows a great propensity towards wanting to understand chess at a deeper level. With the correct guidance, he will do quite well by focusing on his strengths and reducing his weaknesses. He has a solid platform of the basics and good fundamental knowledge to build from.

Hello to anyone that is reading this, my name is karthik korrapati, and I have taken chess lessons from Ivan; he is an 18 - 1900 rated player on lichess and is very strong in tactics and strategy and the ideas of chess; I have and am continuing taking tutoring lessons from him for almost the last three years, since the lockdown, and from the bottom of my heart I want to say that Ivan has been one of the most helpful, understanding and teaching people I have seen, we usually meet on skype every Saturday. I believe that many other people would become much better at chess with him as their helper, as most of my rise in the beautiful game of chess is credited to him. Without Ivan, I would not even know how to spot a checkmate in one.
If you are looking for a chess tutor or a helper of some kind in the game of chess, I would 100% recommend Ivan.
