About the lesson

I teach everything from the basics all the way up to fine dining. I have trained more than 200 people how to cook properly. I can cook nearly anything. Due to spiritual beliefs, no classes will include the preparation of pork.

I discovered it 14 years ago, working at my aunt's restaurant in Namibia, at the age of 10!
I have been working as a chef since then.

I would say Gordon Ramsey, Anthony Bordain and J Something.
What are the qualities and skills required to succeed in this domain?
Consistent and accurate service, being on time for customers, and just teaching in a simple way.
What is the most valuable advice you could give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?
If you love it, go for it!
How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?
You have to love food to be cooking for 14 years right!
What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?
I have won chopped South Africa, I have cooked for some members of the forbes top 20 richest, and other local celebrities.

Yes, most if my students are fast learners. They make close to perfect products on the first go!
