About Dr Liliyana

I am you partner for academic success in Law. As an experienced tutor, assessor and lecturer I have experience in Scottish, English (Welsh) and International law. My priority is to ensure you not only succeed in your immediate coursework but also develop the critical legal reasoning skills necessary for a successful future in law. My approach is built on a foundation of deep, specialised knowledge in Scottish and English law principles, combined with a proven methodology that consistently delivers tangible results. About the lesson

My approach is designed to foster independent, high-level legal thought:
(1) by focus in Critical Thinking - Moving beyond surface-level understanding to analyse cases and statutes with judicial reasoning.
(2) Effective Research Strategies - Equipping you with the skills to find, evaluate, and synthesise relevant legal materials.
(3) The typical length of a lesson is 50 minutes to reflect the standardised timing of the university sessions.
(4) I have a doctorate in environmental and international public law, I have an LLB in Scots and English Law and an LLM in Energy and Environmental Law. I have more than three years of experience in teaching, I have been lecturing, marking dissertations, essays and exams.
