About Alexa
Hello! I’m Alexa, a Learning Success Coach who believes every child learns best when they feel calm, confident, and supported. I specialize in helping students move past stress, frustration, or self-doubt so they can reach their full potential. Through my holistic learning approach, I focus on more than academics, I help students strengthen focus, organization, and mindset skills that last a lifetime. I love seeing students light up when learning starts to feel easy and enjoyable again. Outside of coaching, I’m a mom of two (one on the autism spectrum), so I deeply understand how unique every learner is and how much a little encouragement can change everything.

About Me
I help students move from feeling stuck and stressed to confident, capable, and successful learners. Using my Success Codes Blocks to Flow Method, I identify where each student feels blocked, whether it’s reading, writing, executive functioning, or school-related stress, and teach them simple, science-backed tools to overcome those challenges with calm and confidence.
My Approach
Each session begins with a quick check-in and calming activity to create a focused, learning-ready mindset. From there, we set clear goals, work through personalized strategies tailored to the student’s unique learning style, and end with reflection to build awareness and confidence.
What Sets Me Apart
I take a wholistic, neuroscience-informed approach that supports both the mind and heart of learning. Rather than just reteaching content, I teach students how to learn; helping them develop the focus, mindset, and self-regulation skills that lead to lasting academic and personal success.
Who I Work With
I specialize in helping elementary school-aged through adults, including those with learning differences, ADHD, or autism, as well as students who feel anxious, unmotivated, or overwhelmed by school. My individualized programs meet students exactly where they are, creating a learning experience that’s stress-free, empowering, and joyful.
