About Adebimpe
Hello, my name is Adebimpe.
I am a graduate of Linguistics and Yoruba, and I have always had a strong interest in language, communication and helping people express themselves better. Yoruba is a language I genuinely enjoy, and I love seeing people become more comfortable using it.
I have a background in broadcasting and communication, where I spent several years working with people and communicating ideas to different audiences. This experience has helped me become a good listener, a clear communicator and someone who knows how to explain things in a way people can easily understand.
As a tutor, I am patient and approachable. I understand that learning a new language can feel difficult at first, especially when pronunciation and tones are involved, so I don't expect my students to get everything right immediately. I take things step by step and create a relaxed environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes and learn without feeling embarrassed.
I can teach Yoruba to beginners, children and adults, whether your goal is to communicate with family, understand your Nigerian/Yoruba heritage, or simply learn a new language.

My Yoruba lessons are designed to make learning the language simple, practical and enjoyable.
Whether you are a complete beginner, an adult learner, a parent looking for Yoruba lessons for your child, or someone who wants to reconnect with their Yoruba heritage, I will tailor each lesson to your level and learning goals.

Details
My rate is ₦4,000 per hour. Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and learning goals. The fee covers a one-on-one online lesson, personalized teaching, learning materials and practical activities to help the student understand and use Yoruba confidently.
The first lesson can be used to understand the student's current level and learning needs so I can plan subsequent lessons accordingly.
