About Sukriti

Hi! I’m a pastry professional and culinary educator with over 4 years of experience in the industry. My culinary journey began at Le Cordon Bleu, followed by rigorous industrial training at luxury hotels and resorts, where I had the opportunity to learn from Chocolate Masters of America and Michelin-starred chefs.

As a college topper, I have a strong grasp of the theoretical foundations of pastry and enjoy simplifying complex concepts to make learning easy, engaging, and practical. I believe that understanding the science behind baking is just as important as mastering the techniques.

My professional industry experience has given me a thorough understanding of kitchen standards, professional ethics, precision, and quality control. Additionally, running my own successful home-based pastry business has equipped me with practical knowledge of ingredient sourcing, costing, budgeting, production planning, packaging, marketing, and customer management.
