Duties: YMCA Certified - Wellness Coach, First-aid, Group Exercise, Spin Cycling and ATCQA Certified Tai Chi Fitness Instructor, Strength/Conditioning and Personal Training (0ct 2013). Instruction of Group exercise classes involving the physical development of Aerobic (Endurance), Anaerobic/Plyometric (Strength) and Proprioception (Spatial Coordination). Conduct (group) exercise classes for groups up to 16 YMCA Members. 10 regular clients in Wellness Coach sessions that specialize in Focus Attention, Object Monitoring and Integrated Meditation training methods.
