About Jacqueline
I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Chopra-certified Total Well-Being Coach, Meditation Instructor, and Ayurvedic Health Instructor. With a background in Executive Leadership Development, Corporate Team Building, and Behavioral Health program customization, I take a comprehensive, integrative approach to well-being.
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the mind’s potential and the intricate connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical health. My journey began in fitness and nutrition, but I quickly realized that true transformation goes beyond the body — it’s rooted in mindset, behavior, and deeper self-awareness. This realization led me to immerse myself in the study of neuroplasticity, epigenetics, philosophy, and ancient healing traditions, bridging the gap between modern science and timeless wisdom.
Today, I offer 1:1 coaching, deliver corporate keynotes, lead group workshops, and design and deliver transformative programs for diverse audiences. I lecture and lead classes at the world-renowned Hippocrates Wellness Institute and have shared my programs with multiple substance recovery centers for both adults and adolescents. Whether working with individuals or groups, my goal remains the same: to help people unlock their innate capacity for healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

This is a four-class experiential series. We begin by introducing the student to the basic principles of meditation, its history, and its benefits. We then customize the experience by employing various techniques to integrate the practice into the individual student’s lifestyle and overcome any challenges.
In this series, we will discuss everything from stress management to the experience of higher states of consciousness. We meditate together in each class. All students will be provided with a personalized mantra based on Vedic astrology.
