I am an engineer by profession and a gold medalist in my field, with a strong academic and industry background that allows me to make math meaningful and relatable. I have completed O Levels myself and understand the curriculum and exam requirements thoroughly. Additionally, I have strong communication skills and an IELTS score ● Reading: 9.0 | Writing: 8.5 | Listening: 8.5 | Speaking: 8.0, which help me explain concepts clearly and effectively to students of all ages. My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong conceptual foundations, ensuring that students not only perform well in exams but also develop genuine problem-solving skills. I deliver lessons that are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s pace and needs, from Grades 3 to O Levels. My Approach as a Maths Tutor
Teaching Method & Techniques:
I focus on building strong conceptual foundations rather than rote memorization. A Typical Lesson Plan:
Introduction (5 min) – Quick recap of previous concepts or relevant real-life examples.
Concept Explanation (10–15 min) – Step-by-step breakdown of the new topic.
Guided Practice (15 min) – Solve problems together with student participation.
Independent Practice (10 min) – Students attempt problems individually while I provide support.
