About Quinn

Hi! I'm Quinn, a native Mandarin speaker and university art student currently studying in Australia!

I'm an enthusiastic, open-minded, and curious person who loves meeting new people, making friends, traveling, and discovering different cultures and perspectives.

As an art student, I especially enjoy creative conversations, exchanging ideas, and seeing the world through other people's eyes. I believe everyone has something interesting to share, and I always find it exciting to learn from one another!

Living abroad has also helped me appreciate how meaningful language and cultural exchange can be. That's one of the reasons I'd love to share my native language with others.

Although I'm not a formally qualified Chinese teacher, I've enjoyed helping international friends learn Mandarin and have experience communicating with autistic children, which has strengthened my patience and empathy.

For me, teaching isn't just about sharing knowledge. It's also about connecting with people, exchanging perspectives, and growing together.

Hi there! I'm a native Mandarin speaker and an art student currently living in Melbourne now. I'm naturally talkative, enthusiastic, and love connecting with people!

I believe the best way to learn a language is through curiosity, enjoyment, and genuine conversations.

My lessons are especially suitable for learners with some basic Mandarin knowledge who want to improve their speaking skills, pronunciation, and confidence.

- Patient & supportive: I've helped international friends practise Chinese and have experience communicating with autistic children. I value empathy, patience, and different ways of learning.
- Interest-driven: As an art student, I love exploring creative ideas and exchanging perspectives. If you're not sure what to talk about, we can discover interesting topics together!

There's no pressure to be perfect. You're always welcome to ask questions, make mistakes, and share your thoughts.

My goal is simple: to make learning Mandarin something you genuinely look forward to!
