About Jin
I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. Growing up, I tutored English for many years, and teaching became something I LOVED. Because I wanted to be a professor, I moved to the United States and earned a PhD. Now I'm living my dream as a college professor, and I also love sharing Korean language and culture with students who are curious and excited to learn. I teach Korean because I genuinely enjoy sharing my language. I truly believe that Hangul is very innovative and surprisingly easy to learn once you understand the foundation. My goal is to make learning Korean relatable, enjoyable, and meaningful, so every student feels confident using the language in real life.
