About Martina
I offer one-to-one coaching and training in film production, financing, and development. Hi! I’m Martina, an award-winning producer, executive and an expert in narrative development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years’ international experience as a producer and development creative
- National Film & Television School alumna (specialising in development & storytelling)
- Lead a creative production department in Higher education
- CEO of a global female-led production company featured in Variety and Forbes UK
- Experienced in winning UK funds (BFI, and more) and securing TV deals
- MBA in Finance (in progress) and current Film Finance Trainee, combining creative and financial expertise
- Films screened at BAFTA- and Academy-qualifying festivals worldwide - Award-winning (Discovery Channel UK Best Storyteller, 2021; finalist for Outstanding Script, 2025)
- Mentor with Creative Mentor Network × Soho House and WoW Women of the World

Lesson Structure A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. Sessions are interactive and can include:

- Feedback on your work, with actionable steps to improve
-Q&A and industry advice tailored to your stage
Who the Lessons Are For:
I teach students of all levels and ages 18+, from beginners passionate about filmmaking to university students, emerging creatives, or professionals looking to sharpen their skills. My lessons are especially useful if you want to:
- Learn film producing step by step - Strengthen your storytelling and producing
- Understand film finance, tax credits, and funding strategies (product placement)
- Build confidence in pitching and presenting ideas
