About Francis

I’m JY, the person behind JY Flows. For five years, I’ve explored quadrupedal movement and functional mobility, finding out how much strength, coordination and freedom can grow from moving close to the ground. I want to share that practice in a welcoming way. You don’t have to be flexible, fit or experienced to begin. I enjoy helping people get curious about what their bodies can do, one movement at a time.

About the lesson

My sessions combine crawling, functional mobility, balance and playful floor movement. We start with simple movements, then build towards transitions and short flows at a pace that suits you. I offer options if a movement feels unfamiliar, so you do not need any crawling experience.
Sessions are usually 75 minutes, with a 90-minute introductory workshop also available. They are for adults who want to improve their movement confidence, coordination and strength, whether they are beginners or already active. My approach comes from five years of personal quadrupedal and mobility practice. Lessons are available online, with in-person UK sessions subject to location and availability.
