About Marlon
I worked as a coach and trainer for a large technology company for over seven years, and have helped many people achieve professionally and personally through competency based training and goal setting. I absolutely love helping people and find coaching an extremely powerful way to help make positive changes to somebody’s life. It is a joy and a gift to do so!
I have a passion for developing communication skills in the workplace and relationships. I’ve also done some mentoring for musicians, artists and startups, all of which are close to home for me as a business owner in music myself.
Outside of this, I am an avid squash player and love producing dance music. I’m also studying towards a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (TC-L4) with the aim of opening my own counselling practice.

Everybody gets dealt a slightly different set of pieces in the game of life. It is our job to understand how to use these pieces to our advantage so we can achieve the things we want.
Sometimes we cannot understand the pieces, or the board, which is why coaching can be so useful. I will help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself to help you identify your own pieces (strengths, weaknesses and behaviours) and what it is that you really want to achieve.
Once goals have been established, I'll empower YOU to make the changes necessary to help you flourish. I am knowledgable in a range of behavioural competencies and debriefing techniques so that eventually you will learn to coach yourself. These are incredible skills that will serve in both your career and personal life!
