About Sebastian
Sebastián Castillo is a Panamanian artist. Praised as a rising star of the piano in Panama, Castillo seized exciting opportunities to perform in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Italy, Spain, and throughout the US. Trained under the guidance of the acclaimed concert pianist Kristhyan Benitez. Graduating with honors from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, with a scholarship of excellence from the government of Panama and awarding the Hans Lewitus scholarship of excellence from the Boston Conservatory. His studies were under pianist and professor Michael Lewin. In 2022, he became a Scholar and Ambassador of the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation. His upcoming engagements include solo recitals in Dallas and performances as soloist with the Metropolitan Orchestra of Panama.
