About Fran

I’m an ADHD life coach in training with specialist ADHD coaching training through the IACT Centre, due to qualify in May. I’m also a qualified lawyer, a neurodivergent parent to an AuDHD child, and neurodivergent myself. Alongside professional training, I bring lived experience of perimenopause, understanding how hormonal changes can intensify ADHD challenges. My coaching is ethical, compassionate and grounded in real-world understanding.

About the lesson

- One-to-one coaching sessions lasting 30-45 minutes
- Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, challenges and lived experience of ADHD
- We explore how ADHD shows up in daily life, work and relationships
- Coaching is practical, supportive and non-judgemental
- Focus on reducing overwhelm and building realistic, ADHD-friendly strategies
