About Jake
I am a self-motivated individual who strives to be the most useful and helpful that is possible.
It must be noted that I have been interested in languages since Year 7 and have self-taught myself French and Spanish in 3 years, and I plan to learn Japanese after Sixth Form.
Whereas I tend to be strict with myself, I take steps back and make a plan when things become stressful, which could be useful when lessons become hard — not just for me but also for the student.

I will provide personalised lessons with flashcards, use the school's curriculum and teach depending on your child's needs. I can aid with past papers, tips, and help with any vocabulary or difficult topic that is a struggle.
Equally, my lessons will tend to be an hour long with a 10m recap of old words, practice of new words for 30m and 20m for exam questions and memorising vocabulary.
I can relate to students' struggles and adapt to their needs due to my recent revision and study to ace languages GCSEs.
Finally, I will come to the student's house to teach.
