About Roxanne
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a local Secondary School working predominantly with SEN students in English, Design Technology and Language lessons. I have recently graduated from the Open University where I studied French and Children's Literature; prior to the Open University, I studied at the University of Portsmouth where I studied TESOL, French and Spanish.

I predominantly work with Years 10 and 11, however, I have experience working with younger years too. Prior to my current job, I worked as a TEFL teacher teaching English as a Second Language to an array of students all varying in age. I prefer to teach using realia/visual aids as well as encouraging students to practice their spoken skills. I also ran an after-school Spanish Club where I made lessons interactive as well as, creating worksheets for students to further practice their language schools.
