About Johnathon

I am a Kinesiology and Health Science master's student with a strong passion for fitness, performance, and helping others improve their health. Alongside my academic background, I have 4 years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer, working with individuals of varying fitness levels to build strength, improve conditioning, and develop sustainable routines.

My approach is rooted in both science and real-world application. I focus on creating a supportive and motivating environment while ensuring that every client understands what they are doing and why. This allows you to not only see progress but also gain the knowledge and confidence to maintain it long-term.

I am patient, detail-oriented, and committed to helping you reach your goals in a safe and effective way. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, I bring energy, structure, and accountability to every session.

I take a science-based, practical approach to fitness coaching, combining my background in kinesiology with real-world training experience to help clients achieve results that actually last.
