About Nasr
I am a Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing and Personal Training coach based in Al Ain, with several years of coaching and competitive experience.
I have competed in combat sports in both Egypt and the UAE, including championship-level Kickboxing and Muay Thai competitions. My background as both a fighter and a coach allows me to understand not only technique, but also fitness, discipline, conditioning, weight management and competition preparation.
I have experience training beginners, fitness clients and athletes, and I always adapt my coaching style to each person's level and goals.
My aim is to help every client become fitter, stronger, more confident and technically better through structured, practical and motivating training.

My lessons are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. I provide private 1-to-1 training in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, fitness, weight loss, strength, conditioning and self-defense.
Each session is adapted to your personal goal, fitness level and experience. We will work on technique, combinations, footwork, pads, fitness, endurance, power and overall performance.
As a competitive Kickboxing and Muay Thai fighter with championship experience in Egypt and the UAE, I combine real fighting experience with structured coaching to help you improve safely and consistently.
Training is available in Al Ain, with flexible sessions for individuals looking to get fit, lose weight, learn combat sports or prepare for competition.
