About Roxanne

In addition, my experience working with children has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create supportive environments where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions. I am committed to maintaining a respectful, encouraging, and structured atmosphere that helps students build both confidence and academic skills. I know what it takes to remain in good academic standing under the weight of expectations and how to intrinsically reach goals without crumbling under stress.
