About Clinton
I am a Judo Brown Belt and former South African Judo Champion, with years of experience in Judo, other martial arts, and physical fitness training.
My journey through martial arts has taught me that true strength is not only about how strong you are physically — it is about discipline, respect, self-control, courage and character.
Through my training programme, I aim to help students:
Learn Judo — technique, throws, grappling, movement and discipline
Build Physical Fitness — strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and conditioning
Develop Mental Toughness — confidence, focus, perseverance and self-control
Learn Respect & Responsibility — towards themselves, their training partners and others
️ Explore Martial Arts — incorporating experience and principles from other martial arts
Build Character — following a strong moral code both inside and outside the training environment
