About Ayushi
I am a Learning Experience Designer currently working to curate learning experiences for high performing growth and marketing individuals. Previously, I have designed courses on personal development and communication and trained teachers to deliver these courses. I have professional experience in teaching, creating courses, evaluating learning levels of a student and adopting flexible teaching practices as per a student's learning behaviour.
As a journalist turned educator, my journey in the field of educated began with the prestigious Teach For India Fellowship where I tutored, mentored and coached over 60 + underprivileged students for a period of two years. In my time with these students the average aptitude level of the class increased from 1.5 to 2.5-3.0.
Being an educator at heart, I enjoy teaching and shifting student mindset from learning is boring to learning is the most fun it has ever been!

The three tools are enough to ace academic career. However discouraging teaching behaviour and inadequate support surpasses a child's natural instinct to learn and turn studies into a task!
I use experiential methods of teaching to enable students to apply the subject knowledge in the real world. My classes are packed with energy and emphasise on making students incharge of their learning. I begin with onboarding the learner on the measurable goal of the class and assess the student progress at the end of each session.
My teaching method of using Case-Study, Roleplays, Discussions is inspired by the leading colleges like Harvard and Stanford.
