Federico is a respected tutor in our community. He is highly recommended for his commitment and the quality of his lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Federico
I am a 16 years experienced guitar player and teacher in Italy, Germany and UK, playing rock, pop, punk, metal, ska, reggae, soul, funk and jazz in many clubs, jam sessions and venues. I degreed in jazz performance in University Of West London (London College Of Music) in 2022 and I am now head teacher of Music Mission School in Hackney. I am very fond of teaching because it is passing my immense passion for guitar and music to the others, especially young generations, making me feel incredibly grateful. I think that music can bring great satisfaction in anyone's life, it increases awareness, intelligence and it makes everyone appreciate beauty in their life. Guitar is also a hard instrument to start to learn but the more someone acquires the more it gets easier to play it. This shows to my students (and myself) how many expressions and sounds this instrument can have, making it a top choice tool to use for showing creativity. I usually have a polite and friendly approach with my students because I know how much it's important to teach something this complicated with a relaxed and calm attitude.

I usually start talking about the basics of harmony and then using the tunes the student like (or need if it's in a music school) to explain harmony and after how to rearrange it. Through small improvisations the student will also realise how to use harmony in a faster and more pragmatical way.

Any student would be greatly fortunate to have Federico as their guitar instructor. He puts a great deal of thought into his lessons and is incredibly passionate about music!
Federico is an amazing guitar teacher and musician. I've started playing guitar after many years of break and Federico helped me to get back on track with both music theory and practice. He has a calm energy and a broader knowledge of music in general. Very professional follows you closely during each step of the learning journey. Highly recommended.
Federico is one of the most talented, skilled and professional musicians I’ve ever met. I’ve had the pleasure of playing with him throughout my university years and beyond. If you’re looking to learn about musicianship and build on your technique, Federico is the perfect one for you!
