About Maria
I’ve been working as a personal trainer for the past seven years, helping clients achieve their fitness goals in Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, and now the United States. Today, I work with a diverse clientele in Los Angeles, including clients who have been training with me for over two years. My approach goes beyond just working out. I believe in providing personalized guidance, from creating customized meal plans and introducing variety into their nutrition to designing effective, engaging workout routines. I’m passionate about supporting my clients throughout their fitness journeys, helping them build healthier habits, stay motivated, and achieve lasting results. I believe fitness is a journey of continuous growth, and we should always strive to become the best version of ourselves.
