Classically trained at the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Sassari Sardinia, I earned the young chef of the year in culinary arts and mentored under strong Sardinian Head Chef as a sous chef for 3 years. Following this experience, I held executive chef positions within 4-star restaurants for a leading hospitality group, and spent the past 10 years running my own Restaurant .

Whether preparing a small intimate dinner or a 7-course affair for 250+, I take pride in delighting clients with delicious meals prepared to the highest standards. My mission is to exceed customer expectations, and I have earned a reputation for doing precisely that throughout my career.

My sister and I came to Salvatore as advanced beginners, since then our Italian has progressed massively. The lessons are always planned out very well and on current topics that interest us. We are never afraid to ask any questions since Salvatore consistently explains everything to us calmly and clearly and he is always happy to accommodate us with whatever area of the language we would like to concentrate on, whether it be speaking, reading, writing or listening.
