Hi there! I’m Meghan Johnston, a certified health and nutrition coach with over 12 years of hands-on experience helping clients transform their relationship with food and achieve lasting results. My background spans a wide variety of disciplines—from bodybuilding to ultra trail running—which means I understand the unique nutritional demands of different lifestyles and fitness goals. I specialize in translating complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable habits. I love to share my knowledge using PowerPoint Presentations, real-world stories from my past clients, and creating curated bite-sized lessons to help you advance your nutritional knowledge. A typical lesson will include a new nutritional topic to learn, with a practice to take home and practice in your everyday to work on creating new healthy habits. I love to make nutritional lessons fun! So plan to laugh, have fun, and learn lots! I find learning is the best when it is interactive! So, I love to include students in the process encouraging them to interact and be a part of the discussion, because we can always learn more from each other's experiences. These lessons are for ages 16+ who want to learn basic nutritional guidelines, (how to read a food label, what are macros, am I eating enough or too little), and beginner to advanced beginner health coaching. All levels of experience are welcome as we can all benefit from mastering the fundamentals of our daily nutritional habits.
