About Rohit
I am a computer science professor with 5+ years of professional experience. I also work as an open source contributor. Previously I worked at a high impact unicorn startup. As a tutor, my approach is student-centered, interactive, and adaptive to individual learning styles and preferences. I believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, engage in discussions, and actively participate in the learning process.
My teaching methodology involves a combination of different techniques such as active listening, modeling, repetition, and scaffolding. I also use a variety of resources such as textbooks, videos, interactive exercises, and real-life examples to help you understand complex concepts and improve their problem-solving skills.
Sessions can be of 3 types:
- Topic based
- Problem based
- Subject based
TOPIC BASED
- If you want to understand a particular topic
PROBLEM BASED
- If you are stuck somewhere in your project or facing some problems
SUBJECT BASED
- If you want to learn a subject from scratch
In subject based sessions, a typical lesson plan starts with a review of the previous session, followed by the introduction of new concepts, and concludes with a summary and practice exercises. During the lesson, I encourage you to ask questions and provide feedback to ensure that you have understood the material.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to personalize the learning experience based on each student's needs and goals. I take the time to get to know my students, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and tailor my approach accordingly. Additionally, I provide regular feedback and assessments to help students track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
I can adapt my teaching style to meet specific requirements or preferences. Ultimately, my goal is to help students achieve their academic goals and gain confidence in their abilities.

Perfect!
