About Lucia
Professional Introduction – Lucia Odendal
My name is Lucia Odendal. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Communication and am a certified Educational Kinesiologist. Additionally, I have completed NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Life Coach training.
I bring 15 years of corporate experience, having served as a Public Relations Officer for both a banking group and a national television station. Over the past 22 years, I have worked in the Retail sector as a training consultant and administrative manager.
On a personal level, I was a mother to a mentally handicapped son for 33 years, who was diagnosed with deafness, muteness, and autism. This journey gave me deep insight into the daily challenges faced by both disabled and non-disabled individuals, significantly shaping my understanding of personal development.
With a wealth of practical knowledge and life experience, I am passionate about sharing what I have learned to help others grow and thrive. I look forward to the opportunity to support your personal development journey.

Personal development is a structured process that involves identifying key areas for growth. Objectives are set for each session, followed by relevant content and activities.
