About Dacil
The figure of the personal trainer goes far beyond someone who guides the workouts. No matter your previous sports career or your level of physical condition, together we will find the perfect training that suits you and your goals at all times.
It has a professional who takes care of keeping up with the latest fitness trends and advances; someone who will help you find the best training to achieve your goals sooner; someone who will motivate you on your way by teaching you new exercises and new ways of training; someone who will study your progress with you, who will commit to them just like you; and someone who will be waiting to give you an extra push when you need it.
I will also be the best company if you want to recover from an injury. Adapt physical exercise, safely, with constant measurement of evolution.
