About Julien
My approach to communication wasn’t formed in one type of room.
I started my life homeless, later attended boarding school, worked on farms and building sites, led the marketing department in a consulting firm in Chile, spoken at the House of Lords and TEDx, appeared on national television, and now work as a broker between children in need and 6 figure educational opportunities.
Those environments demanded adaptability. Different class dynamics. Different cultures. Different hierarchies. Different pressures.
That range became my field research.
Alongside that, I’ve studied and worked alongside highly skilled communicators both past and present and examined structured frameworks used in negotiation, behavioural calibration and high-stakes environments. I’ve integrated what works into a clear system designed specifically for analytical professionals who need real conversational competence under pressure.
I don’t teach performance tricks or executive polish.
I focus on:
• The core pillars of communication -> How conversations actually move
• Identity and alignment ->Confidence without constructing a persona
• Role play and repetition -> Because practice makes permanent
My goal isn’t to turn you into a salesman.
It’s to help you communicate yourself clearly and coherently, especially in the conversations that shape your career.
Sessions are preferably in person in London but I also offer hybrid if it suits your schedule better. The one thing I don't do is entirely remote teaching - it would be as useless as a swim coach never teaching in a pool.

You build the code, models and analysis, but someone else presents the work. If you’re an engineer, quant, analyst, developer or researcher feeling an interpersonal ceiling, this in-person coaching in London is for you.
Your technical competence is clear; signalling it confidently in meetings is a learnt skill.
I don’t teach charisma tricks or executive polish. I teach behavioural communication under pressure so you can speak up when it matters. Sessions are primarily face-to-face in London, with a hybrid option if needed.
My approach has three parts:
Pillars of Communication – understanding how conversations move and how messages land.
Identity & Alignment – cultivating authentic, coherent speech that doesn’t feel like a performance.
Role Play & Repetition – live pressure simulations to make new habits stick
